Designed for T.G. Wilkinson and his family in 1936. The house survived completely intact, including the kitchen and bathrooms, into the 21st century. The building is constructed of steel-reinforced concrete faced with brick veneer that has been painted white, an element of the original design.
Current owner, Jeff McCoy, since 2012.
